Elephant Cave Temple lies at Bedulu village, Blahbatuh District, Gianyar Regency, surrounded by rice fields and beautiful banks of Petanu River, and right on the tourism route Denpasar. The entire place is soothing, surrounded by the beautiful terrace rice fields and Petanu river valley panorama. As one of the enchanting historical sites, Goa Gajah attracts more visitor both local and international coming for sightseeing, worship, or contemplate. Goa Gajah was derived from ‘Lwa Gajah’ meaning elephant waters and it was the authentic name of Petanu River. Here, we can find the very old Budha statue, three-branching stupa, fountain statues, and many more. The facilities around the site are sufficient to accommodate visitor, such as the parking lot, electricity, telephone, and load of souvenir shops.
